Forma identity


Forma is an arts organisation based in the U.K. with a 20+ year legacy of supporting artists with commissions and supporting events. In 2018 I was approached by a newly installed marketing team to help update their identity. This turned out to be a tremulous time in the organisation’s history and would provide a catalyst for a radical rethinking of the organisation as a whole. But before this could happen a series of visual explorations were undertaken utilising many differing techiques and approaches—including moving image—in order to present a number of options. These options remained unused but a comprehensive archive of commissioned work was produced and made available—some pages from which you can flip through below.
